Delete your Idle Voyager account
You can delete your Idle Voyager account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
Delete it in the game (fastest)
- Open Idle Voyager on Android, iPhone or at idlevoyager.com.
- Tap your astronaut's name at the top of the screen to open the menu.
- Choose Delete account, then Delete forever.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Can't open the game? Ask us by email
Email support@idlevoyager.com with the subject "Delete my account", and include:
- if you signed in with Google: send the email from that Google address,
- if you play as a guest: your guest code, so we can find the account,
- your astronaut's name, if you remember it.
We'll confirm we've found the account, delete it within 30 days (usually much sooner), and email you when it's done. We ask for these details so nobody can delete someone else's account. A guest account with no code and no Google sign-in can't be identified, so it can only be deleted from inside the game.
What gets deleted
Everything linked to your account:
- your account, including your email address and name if you signed in with Google,
- your astronaut, its name, colors and gear,
- your crystals, upgrades, ships, planets visited and distance traveled,
- your mining sessions, play history, screen time saved and the record of when you checked the game during mining,
- the goals you picked.
What we keep
Nothing that identifies you. Copies in our database provider's backups are removed as those backups expire, normally within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated website statistics (which never identified you) aren't affected. If you emailed us, we keep that conversation only as long as needed to handle your request.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Use one of the options above.
